Dined in for 3 pax set menu B plus 3 extra dishes. Was a birthday celebration occasion. I think we over ordered but still enjoyed all the dishes. Quality is good for all the dishes. None disappointed. A place where dishes won’t go wrong. Patronised this outlet about 3 times already over past few years and they never failed to innovate. This menu is worth it because the half lobster each of us got was sufficiently generous.
Restaurant that oversees Sentosa while having hot dimsum. First time there and will be going back for sure. All food served hot and delicious. Worth to give it a visit though pricey.
A nice restaurant facing the boardwalk. View is good.
Service is standard. Nothing exceptional and also nothing bad
However, the food is not so impressive. We were recommended the peking duck with liver wrap at a rather steep price of 18.80sgd each. But i find thay other than crispness and the taste of the sauce, there is nothing much else to talk about. And the crispness came maonly from the deep-fried tofu skin. Basically cannot taste the peking duck, not to tall about the liver. The first bite was impressive because of the crispness, but then you dont find taste other than the sauce..
I was looking forward to the roast pprk belly. Another disappointment. Although yes the skin is crisp, but there is no taste in the pork at all. And it was really rather fat. Makes me wonder how they get it so crisp and the big layer of fat still there..🤔. On top of that, the portion was small.
As we were having red wine, we decided to order ½ deep fried chicken too. Again, super crispy skin bit tasteless chicken. 😑
The kailan is good though.
As the sky outside darkened, the 3 spotlights hanging over our table for 4 became too glaring to the eyes. So we asked for the bill, 122sgd after discount with credit card, and headed home... The bill did not include the wine as we brought it ourselves. It does not include corkage as well as they allow first bottle free if you download their app.
What a winter solstice dinner...

The Family (except Aloisius who’s on overseas duty) celebrated Mummy Dearest’s birthday with a nice Cantonese Dinner.
Our children carefully selected the dishes to suit the diet of the entire family, young and elderly.
The soup selected was Kudzu with beans and Pork Rump Meat. Must say the soup had sufficient “fire” (够火). Soup was delicious and all the kids loved it. As usual, I would always eat some of the soup ingredients, the kudzu was of good quality as well as the Pork Rump. The chef had made good effort to skim off the oil from the soup (from the pork rump).
The Peking Duck didn’t fail, another favorite of the family. However, I felt there was inadequate cucumber slices in the wraps.
The sweet sour pork was sufficiently flavored. It would be more authentic if chips of pineapples were included in the mix. Although the pork was well deep fried, it would be juicier if the chef used a little fattier cuts for the dish. Perhaps, the chef wanted to create a slightly “healthier” dish🤣🤣🤣.
The adults loved the stir fried chye sim. We could detect the fragrance of rice wine when the dish was presented to the tables. There was indeed a strong wine flavor with generous serving of cordycep strips and goji berries. The adults literally finished the gravy like a soup (blurb)😋. But I had to stop wifey from consuming more as she has an alcohol allergy🤣🤣🤣.
The Steam Soon Hock Fish was deliciously presented. However, we felt that the preparation was a little sloppy as scales were still stuck on the fins and tail of the fish. Although the family like the fish texture, personally I felt that it was a little overdone.
Overall, a very good meal and the service staff were attentive. We commended on Winnie who served our table.

The restaurant decorated the birthday cake with longevity buns - the kids were excited/eyeing the cake while singing the birthday song to their Granny.🎊🎉🎂
Aloisius “joined us” through video conferencing.
Food ordered also with other dishes , this time salted egg-yolk crab tastes great. The aroma of the salted egg yolk is very strong. My children and parents like it very much. I hope that I will have more surprises next time I try other flavors of crab. Overall food experience is the best and sincerely like even provide us with gloves on crab serving.
Also to appraise the staff and managers there to be so detail about their foods and professional on our orders as my child allergies to peanut.
A pleasant grand place to gather with family and friends too. Have been here a few times, now even after renovations. Nice environment indoor design, with viewing out on lightings to sentosa is best also.
On my trip to Singapore on 26/08/23, I went to dine at Crystal Jade Pavillion.with my wife & friends. The restaurant manager Vanice Yip ordered the food for us. The entree was enticing, main courses were tasty, desserts were refreshing. We had great night.
They are famous for their colourful xiao long bao. Service is not too bad. Staff are helpful and not so rude or force you to leave (esp when we were the last customer there).
Food is not too bad. Love their rice cake soup (interesting and tasty). Their liu sha bao is not too bad, still flowy even when it is cold.
Always great food at crystal Jade Pavilion the ala carte menu dishes are great. Especially this new dishes, is really tasty. Food was really amazing 👏. Service is excellent too, attentive .The restaurant is spacious with very nice decorations .Our all time favourite place in vivo city.
